You can change the delivery address associated with your account from the Account/Orders section of our website. If you can see that your order has already been shipped then we won’t be able to redirect your parcel to the new address.
Depending on what DHL services are available in your area, you may be able to choose a DHL ServicePoint or DHL Locker, have your parcel delivered to your neighbors or arrange another home delivery. You can do this using the DHL app starting from the day before your delivery is due.
If your parcel has shipped to an address which you can no longer access, please contact our Customer Support Team to cancel your order and we’ll help you to get a new order in place with your updated delivery details.
