Step 1: Load up your game of choice
PuK Compatible Triggers only work on games which have built-in HUD and User Interface or 'Layout' customization. Fortunately most of today's popular mobile games already have this feature.
Step 2: Head to your game's 'Layout Customization' settings
To find this within the Settings menus. Look for words like 'Layout', 'HUD', 'Controls' & 'UI'.
Step 3: Attach your Triggers to the top of your device and experiment with different postioning for the most comfortable experience
Step 4: Align the buttons of your choosing under your ideal trigger positions
You can drag and drop your buttons into the ideal position. You will have to move your Triggers out of the way temporarily.
Its a good idea to scale the size of these buttons up when your game allows this.
Step 5: Tweak your button behaviour within your game's settings
Within your game's controls settings, you might find additional settings to apply to these buttons such as 'Hold', 'Toggle' & 'Tap' to activate. Select according to your preference.
Step 6: Calibrate your display
For reliable touch performance when using PuK products, we recommend that you do this once before each session to allow your display to set its capacitive baseline with PuK products installed. Most of the time it won't be necessary and you might only need to follow this process if touch issues occur.
- Load your game of choice
- Attach all touch-interface devices (Triggers and PuK Thumbstick)
- Tap the power button to put the display to sleep (it’s ok if you need to shift a trigger sideways to gain access to the device power button)
- Wait 10 seconds
- Press the power button again to wake the phone and unlock if necessary
